Things we like, a little bit from here and a little bit from there. We could try to tell you that we make fusion cuisine with south-asian influences, and so on, and so on... but we think that we're all a bit tired of hearing that. Besides, that is not what Voltereta is about. In our case it's very simple: we cook everything that we love, dishes that made a lasting impression when we tasted them, and that is basically what our menu is made of, our favorite foods.
