How do I make a reservation?

You can reserve for any of our locations using the following links:

The process is very easy: you need to select the day, number of people, and lunch or dinner time. If available, it will allow you to make the reservation automatically. If it's full, it will give you options to reserve at another location. Remember that children and infants also count as diners when making a reservation.

How can I modify the number of guests or the time of my reservation?

In the first email you receive after making the reservation, there is a link that allows you to modify it. The application will show you real-time availability of the location, giving you the best alternative. If no options are available, please contact us via email, and we will try to resolve it manually.

We are more than 10 people, can we make a reservation? Do you have a group menu?

At Voltereta, we do not have enough space for more than 10 visitors. Additionally, we do not offer a group menu, but we do have lunch menus at Casa, Manhattan, and Bali, tasting menus at Kyoto and Bali, and evening menus at Casa.

What happens if I am running late?

Reservations have a 15-minute tolerance period. After this time, we cannot guarantee to hold the table. However, you can inform us of delays via chat or email, and we will try to accommodate.

Do you have a pub and drinks service?

We do not have a pub service at any of our locations. However, at Manhattan, you can enjoy live music during both lunch and dinner.

Can I bring children?

Children are very welcome at our locations. However, when making a reservation, please count them as a guest, regardless of whether they will be dining, so we can assign a table with enough space for everyone.

Do you offer gift cards?

We can offer you our magical ticket, which can be redeemed at any of our Voltereta restaurants. For more information or to purchase, please contact us via email or chat.

Are pets allowed?

For health reasons, pets are not allowed inside the premises, but you can visit us with your furry companions on the terraces of Bienvenido a Casa and Bienvenido a Kyoto.

Is there a waiting list?
