Every corner of the space is designed to feel like a trip back in time, from the club interior to the courtyard surrounded by greenery, a fully immersive experience where the atmosphere, the food, and the music all come together.

Voltereta Manhattan has live jazz music throughout lunch (Monday to Friday from 1:00 to 3:45 pm, weekends from 12:30 to 4:30 pm) and dinner (Monday and Tuesday from 7:45 to 10:30 pm, Wednesday to Sunday from 7:00 to 10:30 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 6:00 to 11:30 pm), in a setting that transports you to 1920s New York in the center of Valencia. We recommend booking online ahead on weekends and public holidays, as demand is high.

Our Iberian-Cantonese Bao is one of the most popular dishes on the menu, a true Voltereta classic.
